China’s Most Populous Province
Missionaries to Guangdong China
The Canton Initiative is a plan to see two church-planting missionaries in each of these key cities along the Pearl River Delta in Canton (Guangdong Province): Guangzhou, Foshan, Dongguan, and Shenzhen.
Our hope is that each of these missionaries will start a church-planting movement that trains national leaders to not only reach the city they are in but also the rest of Guangdong Province and beyond.
The total population for these cities is around 38 million and the total population of the Guangdong Province is around 104 million souls.
We Need Men and Women
We need men and women to surrender their lives to take the gospel to these places. There are incredible opportunities in these places—we just need a willing servant with a heart fully surrendered over to God.
